Rosie HITTFitness
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about living and breathing a healthy, active lifestyle. From competing in sport as a child, to studying at Loughborough University, and now working in Sports Marketing, my journey has always been rooted in movement, wellbeing, and performance.

Along the way, I discovered my love for high-intensity training; from 1-1, group classes and now corporately.

Rosie gives the perfect combination of both strength and cardio work, always varying the exercises and keeping you on your toes. She is so aware of how to target personal needs and will always correct you so that the right area is worked. Her broad knowledge is very evident in the sessions meaning the training is diverse and beneficial to different areas of the body. Such a motivating but fun presence- feeling the burn the next day is guaranteed!
